[BREAKING NEWS] Russia and China form military alliances in BRICS

On Sunday morning, a leak was sent to the press that the Russian Federation and People's Republic of China have entered into discussion for a joint military training exercise in the Black Sea. This leak comes after three days of heated debates and shifting alliances, with the delegation of Turkey choosing to opt out of NATO in favour of BRICS.
More is to be expected as debates come to a close and the resolution paper is being drafted. Agence France Presse will report on the conclusions of the debate later today.
