[AP] Heated debates in WHO talks on digital health, Japan stresses China’s record of not using data ethically

WHO talks on digital health got more heated on Friday morning as representatives debated back and forth on data security. Russia first brought up the topic of data security. Japan was amused as the country’s representative pointed to China’s record of not using data ethically. Kenya reminded everyone not to insult each other on the topic of cybersecurity.
