Delegates at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) worked on Sunday morning on a document regarding a standard of national policy in cybersecurity. Delegates are aiming to find ways to enforce or establish policies of cybersecurity in the different states.
Countries seemed to encounter a lot of issues with clause 2, a clause mainly focusing on budgeting. The delegate of Ukraine therefore took the lead and encouraged delegates to state their position, in an effort to find a consensus. Countries notably discussed how to invest their GDP.
