[Reuters] NATO releases final communiqué

Delegates of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) reach unanimity in their conversations surrounding cyber warfare, lethal autonomous weapons, the increase of cyber resilience, and the spread of intelligence within NATO. 

In the decision sponsored by France and the United States, the reaffirming of the transatlantic bond comes together throughout 27 amendments.
